Game Day Jalapeno & Bacon Pimento Cheese Ball
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 8 oz finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz jar diced pimento
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 oz real bacon bits
- freeze-dried chives
- Cut the top off your jalapeno pepper and take out the seeds and ribs
- Finely mince the jalapeno.
- In a large bowl, combine your softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, pimento, mayo, onion powder, worcestershire sauce and jalapeno.
- Once everything is combined, turn your mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap and mold into the shape of a football.
- Place your cheese football into the fridge to set.
- Once set, place your pimento cheese ball onto a serving tray and cover it with real bacon bits
- Use the freeze dried chives to form the laces on the football.
- Serve with a side of football shaped pretzels
